Read, Explore, And Win with the TD Summer Reading Club 

Get ready to set sail on your summer reading adventure! Ride the waves with us this summer through books, activities, and hands-on fun. Visit the library to pick up a notebook and keep track of your summer reading, between July 2 and August 29 for a chance to win prizes. Sign up at: www.innisfilidealab.ca/summer-2026/. 

Team T&J’s Kids Jumpin’ Jamboree! 
Dance, sing, and celebrate together at Team T&J’s Kids Jumpin’ Jamboree! This high-energy, super-powered concert brings interactive music and entertainment to incredible heights. Perfect for all ages, this live show is just $3 per person. Registration is required.

Mermaid Storytime 
Join Mermaid Andrina and her adventurer friend, AntOctopus, at their “Little Cove of FINtastic Dreams” by the Town Square Splash Pad. Together, you’ll explore the natural world and discover ways to help aquatic wildlife thrive through stories, songs, and interactive fun. Cost is $2 per person, registration is required
Lakeshore Branch: Friday, July 17, 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. 

Stroud Community Picnic 

The Library is partnering with Stroud Foodland to host the Stroud Community Picnic on Saturday, July 25, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the Stroud Foodland parking lot (8056 Yonge Street). This free, family-friendly event invites you to come together and celebrate summer with an afternoon of fun, connection, and community spirit. Attendees can enjoy face painting, a balloon artist, library activities, and a hot dog with a donation to the Innisfil Food Bank. Families of all ages are encouraged to stop by, connect with neighbours, and discover all the fun our community has to offer.

Check out the Travelling Storytimes with ideaLAB on the Go at parks around Innisfil.  Visit us online for dates, times and locations. Pack your bathing suits and towels and join us weekly at Cookstown and Lakeshore for Splashpad Storytime, click here for dates and times. 

Take an outdoor reading adventure on the Story Walk along the Innisfil Rotary Trail featuring Colette: The Solitary Bee by Jean-François Sénéchal, illustrated by Pascale Bonenfant. Follow Colette, a proud, self-reliant bee who loves living and exploring alone, until she discovers the joy of helping others and the value of a supportive community. The Story Walk is available in English or French and brought to you in partnership with the TD Summer Reading Club.
