Summer Reading Club: Cultivate Your Curiosity!
Let the TD Summer Reading Club light your spark! Discover mysterious, intriguing, and unexpected stories gathered from near and far, and more at the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library. Sign up to receive a free notebook to track your reading accomplishments. Starting in July, bring in your notebook to your local branch for a chance to win prizes.

2023 Short Story Contest
Attention aspiring authors in Grades 3-12! Now is the time to set your imagination loose by entering your original work of creative fiction in the 2023 Short Story Contest. There are great prizes to be won, including the $500 Seepe Walters Award! Get writing now!

Outdoor Storytime
Let’s get outside! We’re hosting outdoor storytimes around Innisfil at Town Square, Innisfil Beach Park, Dempster Park, Belle Ewart Park, and Cookstown. Join us for 30 minutes of reading, rhyming, talking, playing, and singing, and all kinds of fun. Spend some time outside and nurture your child’s love of books and reading.

Do It Like DaVinci with Scientist in School
Join us for a virtual workshop with Scientists in School! Da Vinci was an accomplished artist and skilled scientist, and you can be too! Discover the joy of combining science and art. Free for ages 4-12. Registration required.

A “Magical” Reading and Workshop
Don’t miss this special workshop and storytime! We’re delighted to welcome Mrs. Galaxy Canada and Magician Scott Dietrich for storytime all about accomplishing the impossible! Enjoy a story, learn some magic, and have a whole lot of fun! Ages 4 and up. Free, registration required.

Wilderness Betty
Canadian singer-songwriter, Bet Smith pens and performs fun-filled, nature-infused folk songs for children. Wilderness Betty uses rhyme, rhythm, and melody to deliver educational concerts that spark curiosity and inspire children to explore the great outdoors. Free for all ages. Registration required.

Puppets Cool!
Explore different kinds of hand puppets, create your own, and learn how to synchronize your voice with hand movements to make your puppet speak with Puppets Cool!
