Tim Hortons Smile Cookies Return on April 27!

Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign is back! From April 27 to May 3 stop by and purchase Tim Horton’s Smile Cookies, with 100 per cent of the sales going to local charities. Last year, Tims’ guests helped raise nearly $22.6 million across Canada through the annual Smile Cookie campaign.

This year, the owner of the Tim Hortons locations in Cookstown and Thornton are generously supporting Innisfil ideaLAB & Library & Essa Public Library by donating the proceeds from every freshly-baked chocolate chunk Smile Cookie purchased to support our local libraries. Guests can support a local charity or community group by purchasing Smile Cookies, or a cute and cuddly Smile Cookie plushie. Net proceeds from plushie sales will be donated to local charity and community groups.

Customers can visit their local Tim Hortons or place an order through the Tim Hortons mobile app for delivery. They can also ask for a bulk order form at their local Tim Hortons restaurant for larger pre-orders.

To participate in this year’s Smile Cookie campaign, and support the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library, Cookstown Branch and the Essa Public Library, Thornton Branch please visit the following locations:

  • Tim Hortons Thornton, 4191 Innisfil Beach
  • Tim Hortons Cookstown, 48 Queen Street

“Innisfil ideaLAB & Library is proud to once again partner with our local Tim Hortons Restaurants for the 2026 Smile Cookie campaign,” says Innisfil Library Board Chair Anne Smith. “Support from initiatives like the Smile Cookie campaign helps us continue to create welcoming spaces, meaningful programs, and opportunities for connection across our community. We are incredibly grateful for the ongoing generosity of Tim Hortons and everyone who takes part.”

“The Tim Hortons Smile Cookie Campaign always brings a welcome boost to our library,” said Essa Public Library Board Chair, Judith Hunter. “Funds raised allow us to dream bigger and enrich our programs, making Thornton Branch a truly special destination for our community.”

With funds raised supporting both the Cookstown Branch of the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library and the Thornton Branch of the Essa Public Library, both libraries are grateful for the opportunity this support provides to give back to their communities.

The iconic Tim Hortons Smile Cookie campaign is marking its 30th anniversary with over $151 million raised since 1996 as it returns on April 27 with 100 per cent of the proceeds supporting nearly 700 charities and community groups in Canada.
