The Library has rooms available to rent for a fee. If you would like to book a room please select from the available spaces below. Once selected a staff member will review and approve your booking. Completing the form does not confirm a booking.
Small study pods are available and immediately approved on a first-come, first-served basis at the Lakeshore Branch for a maximum of two hours per day.
Due to high demand, the Library is not able to accommodate all requests for room rentals, and there are some restrictions on sales and advertising in our spaces. See the Library’s Room Rental Policy for more details. Please note, the Library cannot be rented for birthday celebrations, bridal or baby showers.
