How it Works:
Step 1: Request Your Items – Reserve materials through your online BiblioCommons account, or use the online form to have us select them for you. When they’re ready you’ll receive an email or phone call to book a pick-up time.
Step 2: Book a Pick-Up Time – You will be e-mailed a link to book an appointment for pick-up at your preferred location. You can arrive within 30 minutes of your scheduled time (15 minutes before, or 15 minutes after).
Step 3: No Contact Pick-Up – When you arrive, call 705-431-7410 and choose the location (Lakeshore: 1, Cookstown: 2, Stroud: 3). You will be asked for your library card number.

Continued Reopening Plans Underway
Public libraries are included in the Province’s reopening plan. Innisfil ideaLAB & Library staff are hard at work on a strategy to implement the reopening recommendations made by the province. We will focus on a slow and steady approach to ensure that all health and safety measures are in place in order to keep residents and staff safe. The implementation of all phases of our opening plan incorporates the advice and guidelines provided by the Federal and Provincial Government, the Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit (SMDHU), global library best practices, along with guidance from the Town of Innisfil.
Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Innisfil ideaLAB & Library has quickly shifted to offer the community multiple ways to connect online. Virtual services include digital library cards, access to eBooks, and databases as well as an abundance of virtual storytimes and programming for all age levels.
